Intercollegiate Huntseat Competition Team

Wake Forest returned to the ring of intercollegiate huntseat riding competition in the Fall of 2000 and shook things up in this region (IHSA Zone 4, Region 3). The WFU team travels several times a year to horse shows where the horses and equipment are provided by the host school. Wake is fortunate to ride with Anne Morgan, who trains the team on horses owned by her and her clients. Being a member of the competitive team requires significant time and financial committments but if you ask us, it's all worth it. The hunsteat team members compete at all levels, from Open to Walk, Trot, and we are always looking for new riders who are interested in joining.
